First of all we had the best tour guide. Sarah Winchester mansion was her home, and it was the biggest back in the days. She was basically the Bill Gates of her times. The mansion was home to Sarah Winchester, but also her servants. She received 20 million dollars at a young age when her parents died. She believed that she could talk to the sprit world. All her servants loved her because they got good pay and also free food and living. How math saw used into some of the Mansion was as she got older she couldn’t climb the stairs as easier so she had the people create much smaller steps,and also she had some of her room floors were purposely tilted to move the moonier easier.

Google in my opinion was a much better place. I was surprised to see that the people at Google weren’t all dressed up, and just more laid back. When we got to Google lots of people gave us looks because we essentially over dressed. While at Cisco everyone one was all dressed up and tidy. I think how the two companies differ is Google is much more of a relaxed company because you can leave when ever you are done with your work, there are good free food, theres games on the floors, and you can take one day of the week to work on anything that you like that relates to helping the company. Cisco never really mentioned any of that. How the two are similar is both companies were beautiful, and the working hours were flexible. Over all I really enjoyed Google. Google seemed more fit for me because I am a person who gets stressed once in a while and with googles “play areas” and bicycles I feel it will help me. Also Googles campus just amazed me it made me feel like it wasn’t really a work place but more a fun house. When I got to Cisco I felt like had to be all fancy, and with google I felt I didn’t. Also people at Google weren’t all dressed up will people at Cisco were dressed up.I think that working at Google would be very fun. You get to leave work when your done, you get to work on anything you want one day a week if it is related to Google. And lastly Googles motto is “nobody said you couldn’t”

My business is to have a motion senor light bulb company. This will turn on when ever you walk in the motion area, and it will turn off when you walk out of the room. It will not only save you energy, but you wont even have to turn on the lights. I chose this idea because there are times when i have my handful and aren’t able to turn on the lights without dropping what i have in my hands, so thats how i came up with this.
